My son’s heater went out in Great Falls. I was visiting at the time. We called Northern and they came out within 2 hours on a cold day. You could tell they were swamped. Another cool thing? They sent texts telling us when they thought the tech was going to be there first and another when he was headed to his house. The technician was honest, quick and knew what he was talking about. I decided to change the heater as it was old. They had to get the heater from Billings. So I am thinking...3 days or better to install it. It was Installed the next day!!! Now it is way better than the heater that was in his house. He did not realize how bad his old one was. The new heater warms places that were cold before.They were extremely fair on pricing and were super quick on the install saving me money. They are awesome! The best experience I have ever had with any contractor. I cannot thank them enough. Kudos to Northern! I live in White Sulphur Springs. I am going to call them if I need anything here also. 100 miles. Worth it. I will pay the travel time gladly.

Initially I called 3 places to get bids for a furnace and AC install for my shop. The first place came out, but never gave me a bid. The second place gave me a bid, but then did not return my call until 5 weeks later. Northern Heating & Cooling gave me a competitive bid, and called me back within 10 minutes of me leaving a message. Northern was recommended to me to look at my A/C unit when it was malfunctioning. The very next morning I had a tech working on the unit. He was able to quickly diagnose the capacitor that needed to be replaced, and while there cleared debris from the unit, re-insulated the line to the house (it was crumbling apart), and performed a check of the indoor system. Ended up replacing a cracked elbow in the ducting coming from the furnace with a used (but good and free!) part he grabbed from the truck. All while being friendly and answering maintenance questions I had as a new home owner.
